Communication with the hotel was excellent and we really appreciated the efficient pick-up service they offered from the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel we were disappointed when we were given a room with such a tiny window that it was extremely claustrophobic. However, the receptionist was very helpful and immediately offered alternatives. We were happy to pay a small amount extra to be upgraded to a far superior room with views over the Huaca Pyramid. The breakfast was outstanding with choices to suit everyone and freshly cooked eggs if wanted!

The breakfast was a good buffet in the first floor, inside the hotel is a very nice Chinese restaurant (not property of the hotel), it is very close to a lot of very nice places and restaurants and "in the back" of the hotel there is one very well preserved Historic Place from Peru

Nice decor, fantastic bed and comfy pillows. Carpet is nice and view was excellent. Very spacious room. Good quality breakfast. Big bathroom and excellent shower. Really nice complementary amenities. Fridge in the room. Small pool on roof so nice to cool off. Good Aircon.

Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location good. Our room was big and the bed was very big and nice. Everything was clean. Only thing was the gym does not have a lot of equipment, besides that everything was very good.

Located in a really safe and calm neighbourhood, but not too far from central Lima. Special, special thanks to the staff who were wonderful and went an extra mile for us when we had one special request.

After our previous accommodation experience it was so nice to stay in a very comfortable hotel. We arrived late in the evening but the check in was easy and we were in our room in quick time. The location was perfect and plenty to choose from for breakfast. The late check was a bonus.

Breakfast was ok. Options were varied a little but same fruits and mains every day. All food lacked flavour, even salt and pepper ( it should not be on the table)
